In a digital world, one of our many goals is to reduce paper work. In the field of law enforcement the paper work can become overwhelming. With Display Tracks we want to allow your work to become more automated. Not saying that we want to replace you with robots, but we are saying that we want you to be able to be more time and cost efficient. Our software can alleviate many
of the ways that we previously thought were unchangeable.
Dispatchers, we can make your job easier by dispatching the closest eligible officer to the most recent scene of incident. Using our Send Location' feature, dispatchers can send turn-by-turn voice directions to that officer in a matter of seconds. A dispatcher can also recognize heavy traffic patterns and route any officer around accidents and slow traffic. An estimated time a distance is given from where any officer is to their desired location, and can be given to any 911 caller.
At the scene of any accident, an officer can use the Display Tracks application to take Geo-tagged Photos that are automatically uploaded to the web server with a timestamp and details, and are viewable just moments after the photo is taken. This way information can be communicated very quickly with anyone that is at the headquarters or that can't be at the scene for whatever reason. For pictures that need to be very detailed, we offer High-Definition (HD) pictures, which allow you to zoom in close enough to see the color of a person's eye lash!
A Geo-fence can encompass the police station garage, capturing any police cruiser that enters or exits the garage. This makes it easy to check how many cruisers are at the station at any given time.
The Report System can help to determine how much time an accident took to resolve. It also allows you to be able to backtrack to a specified time to see how an officer spent his or her time throughout a day, week or month.
